Our client is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at managing calendars, coordinating communications, handling confidential information, and supporting executives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to executives and leadership teams

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination

Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports

Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives

Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation

Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information with discretion

Support special projects and assist with cross-functional coordination

Help streamline administrative processes and improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

Qualifications:

3+ years of executive support, administrative, or related experience preferred

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities effectively
