CNC Mills Machinist, Manufacturing Pay Range $22.00 - $34.00 per hour (DOE), plus $1.00 2nd shift differential per hour plus Overtime. M-F 2nd shift 1:00pm - 9:30pm. Plus Quarterly Bonus's paid.

The CNC Machinist - Mills sets up and operates computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts per work order/drawing requirements in a safety conscious and quality-focused manner. The role is accountable to load parts in the machine, cycle the machine and detect malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. The CNC Machinist - Mills utilizes hand tools to deburr, de-gate, or polish and package all production in accordance with the router steps and stamps off operations before moving to the next operation. The position runs productions lots, communicates with co-workers regarding production runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment.

High School degree (Preferred)

-3+ -CNC Machinist with understanding of CNC mills machines required

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $22.00 to $34.00 per hour, plus $1.00 2nd shift differential, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $45,760 to $77,792. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
