Receiving Inspector (upto $27/hr)

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Inspector for our aerospace military defense machine shop. The role involves inspecting parts with precision using micrometers and calipers.

Responsibilities

Inspect aerospace and military defense machine shop parts using micrometers and calipers.

Ensure all parts meet the quality control standards and specifications.

Collaborate with other departments to maintain high-quality standards across the board.

Essential Skills

At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in an aerospace company.

Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Strong understanding of quality control processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Familiarity with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

Ability to work effectively within a small team of 6-8 members.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
