Branch Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

Location: Hanover Park, IL

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

(Occasional OT on Saturday)

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 an hour

Duration: Temp to Hire Opportunity

Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented Branch Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers. This position plays a vital role in supporting patient care operations through order management, insurance verification, scheduling coordination, and exceptional customer service.

Customer Support

Serve as the first point of contact for in-person visitors and high-volume inbound calls

Provide professional, patient-focused service to patients and healthcare providers

Order & Data Management

Create and manage patient orders within company systems

Accurately input data and monitor incoming faxes

Ensure documentation is complete and compliant

Insurance & Billing Support

Verify insurance eligibility and obtain equipment authorizations

Collect required documentation for billing purposes

Maintain accurate billing records and process payments as needed

Scheduling & Coordination

Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups

Coordinate closely with clinical teams to ensure timely service

Record Management

Maintain organized, up-to-date patient files

Assist with audit documentation and compliance requirements

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer service, medical office, or administrative setting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
