Description

Robert Half is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed

Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, copying, and scanning

Assist with office supply inventory and ordering

Support various departments with clerical tasks and special projects

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and customer service mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
