Administrative Coordinator -1st Shift

Position Title: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Allentown, PA

Pay Rate: $24.17/hour

Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch

Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dependable, and professional Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support their Allentown branch on a temporary basis, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is open due to a medical leave and may become a long-term opportunity.

The ideal candidate will bring strong office and administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and a professional approach to working in a close-knit branch environment. Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and office support for a branch of fewer than 15 employees.

Manage general office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and organization.

Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents using Microsoft Office.

Assist with recruiting and candidate-related administrative activities using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Support branch staff and management with various administrative projects and tasks as needed.

Maintain a professional, organized, and productive office environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous office administration, administrative assistant, or office management experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a MUST!

Comfortable using an iPad and online recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Professional maturity and the ability to maintain discretion and composure in a busy office environment.

Insurance industry experience is a plus.
