Description

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily business operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, stays organized across multiple priorities, and communicates professionally with internal teams and external contacts. The role follows a hybrid schedule with regular onsite presence each Tuesday, along with additional in-office time during training periods or major project activity. Success in this position requires strong administrative experience, confidence using Microsoft Office and Zoom, and the ability to keep work moving efficiently throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate administrative activities to keep schedules, communications, and day-to-day office tasks running smoothly.

Respond to inbound phone calls professionally, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide timely follow-up when needed.

Manage multiple assignments at once while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and adjusting priorities as business needs change.

Prepare, update, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.

Support virtual and in-person collaboration by scheduling meetings and assisting with Zoom coordination.

Maintain orderly records and administrative materials so information is easy to access and track.

Provide additional onsite support during training periods and high-priority project work as required by the team.

Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle several tasks at the same time.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Zoom.

Experience answering inbound calls in a business setting.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with onsite availability in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
