Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a local office. This is a Contract position suited for someone who is comfortable managing front-desk activities, handling incoming calls, and keeping administrative records accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate brings a detail-oriented approach to office support and can balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep office operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Respond to inbound phone calls courteously, direct inquiries appropriately, and take clear messages when needed.

Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while maintaining a courteous and detail-oriented office presence.

Enter, update, and verify information in records and tracking systems with a high level of accuracy.

Prepare routine documents, correspondence, and general office materials to support staff and daily business needs.

Organize files, maintain administrative documentation, and ensure records are easy to retrieve when required.

Coordinate basic office activities such as scheduling, communication follow-up, and general clerical support. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle inbound calls clearly and courteously.

Proficiency in data entry with consistent attention to accuracy and detail.

Ability to manage receptionist and front-desk responsibilities effectively.

Comfortable using standard office tools and performing general administrative office tasks.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
