Our client, a leading provider in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Custom Finishing Associate to join their team. As a Custom Finishing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Review instructions for each work assignment to ensure a full understanding and completion of tasks accordingly.

Follow required processes associated with manual finishing, including mail sort, WBS, ADF, and handling missing numbers.

Pack out wrapped, inserted, or loose forms by organizing them according to control numbers and shipping instructions.

Hand-stuff jobs according to specifications using special components for jobs that cannot be processed on inserters.

Utilize production binders and communication tools to ensure client specifications are accurately followed.

What's Needed?

Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Willingness to adhere to all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Capability to stand and/or walk for a full shift to complete work assignments.

Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with coworkers.
