Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator provides front-line reception and administrative support while coordinating the daily operations of an office or program. This role is the primary point of contact for visitors and general inquiries and provides calendar, meeting, project, fiscal, and office management support to assigned leaders and staff. The position requires sound judgment, strong organization, and active collaboration to maintain a professional, efficient, and responsive office environment.

Skills and Requirements

High school diploma or graduation equivalent required.

Four years related experience.

Additional education may substitute for required experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. - Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-service-focused office environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, calendars, meetings, and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Experience with financial administration, including invoice processing, purchasing, expense tracking, or account reconciliation.
