We're looking for a Business Development Director to join our team, supporting Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding whitespace opportunities across EPAM's target industries.
You will operate as a market-facing hunter, leveraging deep understanding of enterprise buying behavior to identify, engage and convert new enterprise clients. You will position EPAM as a strategic transformation partner across key priorities such as digital transformation, customer experience, data and AI.
This role requires a strong focus on net-new revenue generation, building trusted relationships at the most senior levels and expanding EPAM's footprint through high-value, consultative engagement.

Responsibilities
Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts, driving net-new revenue growth
Work as an individual contributor, leveraging existing industry relationships to bring in new business and logos for EPAM
Procure, process and close net new accounts
Build a pipeline and design a proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM
Position EPAM as a trusted partner with decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizations
Develop senior stakeholder relationships (Director, VP and C-suite) within target organizations
Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through to deal closure
Proactively generate pipeline through targeted outreach, campaigns and events
Position EPAM's capabilities across digital transformation, data, cloud and AI
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client challenges
Represent EPAM at industry events, forums and networks to strengthen brand presence
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
Requirements
10-15 years of experience in IT sales / business development with a strong focus on enterprise clients
Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business in organizations with $2B+ in sales using a consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach
You have an established network and contacts within Manufacturing industry
Ability to develop long-term client relationships at the Director, VP, and C Suite
Deep understanding of technology trends and ability to drive positive change from a broad industry perspective via the latest technology solutions in Cloud, Digital, Big Data, Analytics, AI, Core Software Engineering, Legacy Modernization, DevOps, Agile, Automation, and more
Experience with evangelizing transformational ideas (e.g., digital transformation and organizational change) and building a vision for large enterprise clients, leading to real long-term value via the use of advanced software engineering and technology consulting services
Proven track record of collaborating with technology vendors to close business
Experience with proactive selling, RFP, and RFI response orchestration
Strong communication, negotiation and commercial acumen
Ability to operate independently in a high-growth, target-driven environment

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $180,000 - $220,000.
