The Mortgage Loan Closing Specialist will be responsible for closing residential real estate loans and preparation of Closing Disclosures. Coordinates loan closings with attorneys when they are cleared to

close.\

Prepares Closing Disclosures in adherence to TRID guidelines and

obtains acknowledgements in time for closing.\

Prepares closing documents prior to closing and forwards them for

attorneys review.\

Prepares balance sheets, confirms disbursement amounts at closing.\

Approves settlement statement, verifies the net funding amount, and

prepares funding requests.\

Prepares checklists for closed loan packages; notifies attorneys of

errors and track receipts of corrected documents.\

Perform other duties as assigned.\

REQUIREMENTS\

Minimum of two years experience Mortgage Loan closing\

Working knowledge of various legal closing documents and TRID

regulations\

Willingness and aptitude to learn new systems is required to support

Bank growth and expansion of services; working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and Finastra and/or Epic system(s) is preferred.\

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines under variable

conditions.\

Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.\

Ability to build and maintain relationships and work effectively with

the team.\

Strong communication and customer-service skills\

High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work

independently.\

Must be willing and able to report to Headquarters in Tewksbury five
