Job Description Summary Position Objective: As an Outside Sales Representative specializing in temporary fabric structures at Sunbelt Rentals, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, building, and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team. Position Responsibilities: Consultative Selling:Understand customers\' needs, preferences, and project requirements to recommend appropriate temporary fabric solutions and additional equipment or services Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies to expand the customer base * Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, contractors, and industry partners to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business

Quoting and Proposal Development:Prepare accurate and competitive rental quotes and proposals, ensuring alignment with customers\' budgets and timelines Contract Negotiation:Negotiate rental agreements, terms, and conditions with customers while maximizing profitability and adhering to company policies Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and strategic positioning Customer Service Excellence:Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-rental follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Administrative Duties:Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and rental transactions using company CRM software and other tools Training and...
