Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $21 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Hotel Front Desk:

Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments.

Reconcile daily revenue and prepare detailed audit reports for management review.

Verify accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Provide front desk services during overnight hours, including guest check-in and check-out.

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures related to financial and operational activities.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth handover and communication between shifts.

Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and guest information

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 3rd Shift (Night), Weekends

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Associate degree or higher in hospitality management, accounting, or related field.

Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Proficiency with advanced accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours.

Bilingual skills to assist a diverse guest population

Background check and drug test required
