Description We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join an organized office in Los Angeles, California on a Contract to permanent basis. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests and callers while also providing administrative support to an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate brings a hospitality-minded approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors with an attentive and courteous approach, ensuring a positive arrival experience for all guests.

Manage a multi-line phone system, directing incoming calls promptly and accurately to the appropriate contacts.

Oversee front desk operations by maintaining an orderly reception area and supporting daily office flow.

Provide administrative assistance to an Executive Assistant, including help with scheduling, coordination, and general office tasks.

Handle inbound inquiries with courtesy and discretion, offering clear information and routing requests as needed.

Support meeting and visitor logistics, helping create a smooth and hospitable experience for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, concierge, or similar customer-facing administrative role.

Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-line phone system in a busy office setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and detail-oriented presentation.

Prior hospitality experience is preferred, especially in roles requiring high-touch client or guest service.

Ability to multitask effectively while staying organized and attentive to detail.

Comfortable providing administrative support in addition to reception responsibilities. TalentMatch®
