Description

We are looking for a dependable part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Frankfort, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a range of clerical and customer-facing tasks. The role will involve document preparation, record maintenance, and coordination of order-related administrative work in a detail-oriented office setting.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, format, and update business documents, forms, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Organize and maintain accurate customer records and filing systems to support efficient office operations.

Enter information carefully into internal documents and databases while ensuring a high level of accuracy.

Assist with processing customer orders and compile the necessary details so they are ready for billing.

Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide general front-desk support in a courteous manner.

Support day-to-day administrative activities by handling routine office tasks and responding to staff requests.

The salary range for this position is $19/hr to 20/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements - Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for document creation and data entry tasks.

Ability to manage filing systems and maintain organized customer documentation.

Strong verbal communication skills for handling inbound calls and receptionist responsibilities.

High attention to detail with the ability to complete work accurately and efficiently.

Availability to work part-time, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. TalentMatch®
