Location: Romeoville, IL - Onsite
Pay Rate: $25-$28/hour
Contract: 6 Months
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with some flexibility
Interview Process: Microsoft Teams interview; additional interview may be required

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator / Recruiter to support a growing organization with high-volume hourly recruiting across multiple distribution and manufacturing locations throughout the United States.
This is a highly visible role supporting an expansion initiative that is expected to require 100+ new hires over the next six months . The primary focus will be recruiting lift truck/forklift operators and other frontline distribution positions across approximately 6-8 locations.
This position will be based out of the company's Romeoville, IL office and will work independently while receiving support and direction from the Senior Recruiter and HR leadership.
What You'll Do
Manage the recruiting process for high-volume hourly positions from sourcing through pre-employment.
Recruit primarily for forklift/lift truck operators , as well as other warehouse and distribution positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels .
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across multiple locations.
Communicate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, employment verification, and other pre-employment requirements.
Manage candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS .
Ensure candidates are properly processed and prepared for hire before transitioning them to the local HR team/HRIS.
Support recruiting activity across multiple sites and time zones.
Maintain accurate recruiting records and provide status updates and reporting as needed.
Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support experience.
Experience with manufacturing recruiting required
Experience recruiting for warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or forklift/lift truck positions or similar
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required; iCIMS experience preferred .
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple open positions and priorities.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working with candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams across multiple locations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
