ACCOUNTING CLERK

Kelly Services is now hiring an Accounting Clerk on behalf of a leading packaging manufacturer in Medina, Ohio who can assist with the migration to a paperless office environment.

$20.00 - $24.00 (May pay higher based on experience)

7:30 am - 4:00 pm

(May be flexible but OT may be required in the beginning to catch up)

Responsibilities:

Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) duties including entering invoices, bills, orders, and contacting vendors as needed.

Work with Sage (MAS 90/Sage 100) for various accounting activities.

Assist with the transition from paper-based to electronic Bills of Lading (BOL), invoicing, and payments.

Use basic Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.

Follow instructions and ask questions to clarify assignments as needed.

Requirements:

MUST have experience with Sage (MAS 90/Sage 100).

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to learn new tasks and processes daily.

Accounting experience a plus; candidates with strong computer skills can be trained.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
