The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of DuPont Electronic Materials CMP, LLC. This role involves a variety of clerical, organizational, and communication tasks to support staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

?Provide direct administrative support to the Senior Director, Global CMPT R&D.

Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.

Coordinate executive-level communications and follow-up actions.

Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and presentation content.

Track action items and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.

Lead planning and execution of internal and external events.

Organize global leadership meetings, customer visits, technical workshops, and team-building activities.

Coordinate venue logistics, budgets, catering, travel arrangements, and event communications.

Ensure professional execution of high-visibility events.

Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations for town hall.

Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, communication, planning, and content creation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent;

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
