What's a typical day as Administrative Support Human Resources? You'll be:

Ensuring accurate and compliant administration of FMLA, MLOA, bereavement, and other leaves of absence in accordance with National Agreement, company policy, local contractual agreements, and applicable regulations.

Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for line management on NAP policies, FMLA regulations, and attendance program interpretation.

Conducting and documenting corrective action discussions for chargeable absences, notification failures, and tardiness in partnership with supervisors.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold an Associate Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and have experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Are computer savvy with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Have a proven track record of building relationships and providing expert guidance on complex attendance and leave situations.
