We are looking for a welcoming and self-directed Receptionist to support daily front office operations in Liberty, Texas, 77575. This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings strong judgment, warmth, and sound decision-making to a small business setting where teamwork and initiative are highly valued. The right person will create a positive first impression for visitors and callers while keeping administrative tasks organized and moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and callers with a friendly approach and ensure each interaction reflects a detail-oriented front desk presence.

Manage a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed.

Handle routine email communication and respond promptly or route inquiries to the correct team members.

Maintain an orderly reception area and support smooth day-to-day office operations through dependable administrative assistance.

Monitor office supply levels, place orders as needed, and keep essential materials stocked for the team.

Prepare, scan, copy, and organize business documents while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Work independently to identify priorities, address front desk needs, and resolve routine issues with minimal supervision.

Support general office coordination in a collaborative business environment by assisting with clerical tasks as they arise.

Requirements - Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.

Ability to manage inbound calls across a multi-line phone or switchboard system.

Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented, approachable demeanor.

Comfortable handling email correspondence and everyday office communication.

Working knowledge of standard office tasks, including copying, scanning, and document organization.

Proven ability to take initiative and work effectively without constant direction.
