Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50-60 lbs continuously throughout the shift while maintaining safe lifting practices.
Perform order picking and order pulling tasks to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks and staging product as directed.
Operate as a loader and unloader, moving product efficiently to meet productivity targets such as pieces moved and conveyed per hour.
Use RF scanners to scan, track, and verify products and locations as required.
Handle materials, packaging, and general labor tasks to support production and warehouse workflows.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent misrouted boxes and ensure inventory accuracy.
Adapt to working in different areas of the facility as needed, which may involve significant walking due to the size of the building.
Follow a strict break structure and adhere to established schedules and timekeeping expectations.
Work effectively in hot trailer environments and manage the physical demands of moving a high volume of pieces per hour.
Comply with all safety rules, dress code requirements, and facility policies, including cell phone and no-earbuds policies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet or exceed hourly, daily, and weekly performance goals.
Essential Skills
0-2 years of experience in order picking, shipping and receiving, loading, unloading, or related warehouse roles.

Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment with hourly, daily, and weekly goals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with mobile equipment in a warehouse environment is a plus.
Experience in inventory, forklift operations, or production support is beneficial.
Familiarity with RF scanners for picking, packing, and material handling is an advantage.
Previous experience in general labor, material handling, and packaging tasks.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workflow demands.
Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within a warehouse setting.
Why Work Here?
You will join a busy, high-energy operation where your contributions directly support the success of the team. The environment rewards reliability, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, providing opportunities to gain valuable hands-on experience across multiple warehouse functions. You will work a consistent weekday night shift, supporting work-life balance with predictable scheduling, while developing skills that are highly transferable within logistics and distribution.
Work Environment
The facility is climate controlled, though temperatures can fluctuate near bay doors, and you may occasionally work in conditions affected by the elements when doors are open; however, work takes place indoors. The operation is high-volume and fast-paced, with significant walking due to the size of the facility, especially when moving between different work areas, although loading and cross dock areas are located close together. You will work the A2 weekday night shift, Tuesday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The dress code allows jeans and shorts, with no offensive clothing, and requires closed-toe shoes or boots. Cell phones must remain out of sight during working hours, and earbuds are not permitted.
