Sales Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting Account Managers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Hazlet, NJ

Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Shift: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

Support Account Managers by managing consolidated price lists, forecasts, and providing product documentation

Coordinate with Customer Service and manufacturing teams to ensure timely order processing and release

Interact with regional customer service teams to harmonize procedures across countries

Analyze sales tracking reports to ensure forecast compliance and support operational efficiency

Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction

Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and teams

Strong organizational and communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles

Minimum experience: 0 years
