Whether you're troubleshooting a workflow, building a dashboard, or documenting a new best practice, your work will have a direct impact on how Box attracts and engages customers around the world.WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage and optimize marketing operations processes, including campaign setup, data integrity, and lead management within marketing automation and CRM platforms Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and performance measurement across programs Maintain and troubleshoot marketing workflows to ensure operational continuity and efficiency Create dashboards and deliver insights that improve marketing efficiency and return on investment Document best practices and support testing initiatives to drive continuous improvement of marketing technology and processes Partner cross-functionally to present data-driven findings clearly and support informed decision-making across teamsWHO YOU AREWe are an AI-first company. You have 2+ years of professional experience in a Marketing, Operations, or Sales role You have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, build reports, and translate findings into actionable recommendations You hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, or bring equivalent practical experience You have demonstrated experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments and are comfortable working with spreadsheets, BI tools, or SQL for data analysis You bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyBox lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture.
