As demand for high-quality hurricane protection continues to grow, we're expanding our Sales Team and looking for driven, competitive sales professionals who want the opportunity to earn six figures and beyond.

This is a 100% commission + bonus opportunity designed for self-motivated salespeople who thrive in a performance-driven environment. We provide pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments, so you can focus on what you do best - building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments

Build rapport and identify each customer's needs

Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors

Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions

Prepare quotes and confidently close sales

Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract

Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Florida Window & Door brand

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated, competitive, coachable salespeople who are driven by results and income.

Successful candidates will have:

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

A proven ability to build trust and sell value

A competitive, self-motivated mindset

Professional appearance and attitude

A willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process

Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.

Compensation & Benefits

Paid training

10% commission + bonuses

$150K+ average annual earnings

$300K+ earning potential for top performers

W2 or 1099 employment options

401(k) with 4% company match

Schedule & Requirements

Full-time

Monday-Saturday

One weekday + Sunday off

Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
