What you'll do:
Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective results.
Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
Maintain equipment inventory, install wear parts, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles.
Collaborate with teams to meet operational priorities and support facility maintenance needs.
Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to maintain safe conditions.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and preventative maintenance for power washing and heavy equipment.
Ability to evaluate cleaning requirements and adjust operational methods accordingly.
Skilled in performing equipment inspections, maintenance, and inventory management.
Competence in operating corporate vehicles safely and conducting required vehicle inspections.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with facility users and team members.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively to meet facility standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
