Responsibilities for a Facilities Coordinator include but are not limited to:

Support planned and reactive building maintenance activities, perform routine inspections of common areas, and report faults or safety issues promptly.

Respond to routine maintenance requests using the work order system, update task statuses, and ensure completion within agreed timelines.

Assist technicians and escort contractors during maintenance work while maintaining tools, equipment, and facilities supplies.

Candidates for Facilities Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High school diploma or equivalent secondary education required.

Basic handy/practical skills, willingness to learn, and strong reliability and teamwork.

Ability to follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting frequently.

Pay: $20.39 - $22.66 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (100% on site)

Pay Details: $20.39 to $22.66 per hour
