As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Incident Response in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to site needs with professionalism. Pay Rate: $31.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

Fri10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

Sun10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, vehicle, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.

Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications for security-related events and observations.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
