Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to increase patient volume, drive referrals, and strengthen brand awareness. This role collaborates closely with Digital Marketing and Communications teams, as well as internal stakeholders, to coordinate campaigns from concept through completion. The Marketing Specialist helps ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity, monitors campaign performance and budgets, and contributes to ongoing marketing strategy through research, analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive patient volume, referrals, and brand awareness.
Partner with Digital Marketing and Communications teams to develop and launch marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to support marketing strategies and campaign planning.
Attend client and stakeholder meetings to understand service line goals and translate them into coordinated marketing campaigns.
Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Track campaign budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators, and measure marketing performance and success.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
Support the testing and implementation of new marketing opportunities and initiatives to improve campaign performance.
Organize and interpret market research findings to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Create and maintain project tracking tools, timelines, and reporting dashboards to provide visibility into campaign status and results.
Coordinate marketing material requests across internal teams, including Marketing, Communications, Service Lines, and other departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with broader organizational goals.
Stay up to date on marketing trends and best practices, and apply relevant insights to enhance marketing programs.
Essential Skills
1+ years of broad marketing experience, including internships if relevant.
Proven experience coordinating marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
Experience with marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
Comfort tracking budgets, timelines, and campaign performance metrics.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with market research, competitive analysis, or reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and other productivity tools.
Bachelor's degree required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in healthcare marketing or working in a healthcare environment is helpful and preferred, but not required.
Background in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare services and terminology.
Experience with marketing administration tasks, including calendaring and coordination.
Exposure to marketing strategy development and implementation.
Ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness using data and insights.
Interest in staying current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid work environment out of Boston, MA, with three days working on-site and two days working from home each week.

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
