We're hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive for a full-time opportunity supporting customers throughout the Greater Boston, Greater Chicago, Florida, Midwest, and Southern California regions. This role is with a rapidly growing venture-backed technology startup developing AI-powered industrial automation solutions that help manufacturers improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and accelerate digital transformation. You'll sell innovative AI, IoT, SaaS, and Industry 4.0 solutions to leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturers while helping customers modernize their operations.

You'll own the complete sales cycle, build relationships with executive decision-makers, and work alongside customer success and engineering teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes. Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of enterprise or mid-market B2B sales experience

Experience selling SaaS, IoT, industrial technology, or manufacturing software solutions

Experience selling into consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing organizations

Proven success with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation

Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience selling into the food and beverage industry

Knowledge of AI, machine learning, Industry 4.0, IoT, or industrial automation

Ability to communicate business value and ROI to customers

Engineering, science, or business degree

MBA preferred

Startup or high-growth technology company experience

Experience with account expansion and strategic account planning

Active professional presence on LinkedIn
