Looking for local truck driving jobs? J.B. Hunt is hiring intermodal truck drivers! Drive with J.B. Hunt Intermodal and enjoy express access railyard gates, onsite maintenance and 100% company owned equipment.

This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $79,908.

$18 per hour

Holiday pay per day: $220

Automatically Applied Eligible Activities:

Daily tenure rate*: $3 - $36 per day after one year of service

Cent per mile rate: $0.47

Detention pay: $22-$28 per hour

Drop and hook pay: $38.00 per stop

Live load/unload per stop: $55.00 per stop

Hazmat per load: $30

Refrigerated per load: $35

Vendor drop: $20 per load

Manually Entered & Manager Approved Eligible Activities:

Crosstown: $15 - $38 per move

Empty move: $20-$38 per move

Empty search per hour: $22

Chassis Move: $15 per unit

Long haul pay: $39 per load

Mandatory meetings: $28 per hour

Mechanical breakdown: $22 per hour

Rail delay: $22 per hour

Refused delivery: $38 per stop

Safety training: $22 per hour

New hire training: $22 per hour

Truck order not used: $20 per occurrence

Waiting on power unit: $22 per hour

Yard work: $22 per hour

Compliance: $22 per hour

Daily home time

Majority no touch freight

J.B.
