Description

Robert Half's client in Milford MA is looking for a detail oriented Executive Assistant to support their divisional leadership team with a 2 month engagement!

Responsibilities:

Calendar management

Travel coordination

Expense reports

Organizing/attending meetings

Point person for divisional communication

Handling confidential documentation

Draft correspondences

Advanced MS office skills

Ability to work independently

Start Date: 8/10

End Date: ~6-8 weeks

Hours: M-F | 8:30am-5pm

Work Type: Remote, most be local to Milford MA

Pay Rate: 24+ (dependent on experience)
