Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcer or Senior Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity for a true sourcer who thrives on finding hard-to-find talent, solving recruiting challenges, and uncovering candidates that others miss.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, creative, and resourceful. They don't rely solely on an ATS or inbound applicants. Instead, they leverage research, networking, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent. This individual will be given a recruiting strategy and expected to hit the ground running with minimal oversight.

We are looking for someone who views recruiters and hiring managers as partners, takes ownership of their searches, and brings a "no stone unturned" mentality to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

· Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality passive candidates across technical disciplines

· Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to execute sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs

· Utilize creative sourcing techniques beyond traditional job boards and ATS platforms

· Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitive intelligence activities

· Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage and attract top talent

· Generate qualified candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions

· Continuously identify new sourcing channels, tools, and methodologies

· Operate independently while managing multiple searches and priorities simultaneously

Skills and Requirements

· 3+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on proactive talent sourcing

o Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence

· Demonstrated success sourcing difficult-to-find talent, particularly within technical organizations

· Experience sourcing Software Engineering and other technical skill sets

· Proven ability to take a hiring strategy and execute independently with minimal day-to-day direction

· Strong research, investigative, and problem-solving skills

· Demonstrable curiosity and a track record of finding answers, uncovering talent, and thinking beyond conventional approaches

· Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership and accountability

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Experience managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment · Agency recruiting or sourcing experience

· Startup or high-growth company experience

· Experience sourcing Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering talent

· Background supporting a diverse range of technical and business functions
