Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a QA Technician to join their team. As a QA Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting manufacturing and product development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Technician I/Electrical Technician

Location: Burlington, MA

Duration: 3-4 months with possible extension

Pay Range:$20/hr on W2

What's the Job?

Perform first article incoming inspection of purchased components and inspection of production operations, including documenting inspection and audit results.

Conduct final product inspections against specifications and procedural requirements.

Document nonconformances and initiate related documentation changes.

Monitor and perform calibration and maintenance of all test equipment and fixtures.

Assist with or perform Gage R&R studies, process control, and monitoring of critical-to-quality parameters and specifications.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection or related roles.

Experience assisting with validations, qualifications, calibration, and NCMR dispositioning.

Knowledge of Quality Systems, FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Experience with optical measurement equipment, hand tools, gages, pressure, and force testing fixtures.

Strong communication and computer skills, including data analysis and report writing.
