Safety Manager

Location: Williamsport, PA

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $75,000 - $100,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a Safety Manager to lead workplace safety initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for OSHA compliance, employee training, safety audits, incident investigations, and promoting a strong safety culture across all shifts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Conduct safety inspections and audits.

Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.

Provide safety training for production and assembly teams.

Monitor proper use of PPE and safe work practices.

Maintain safety records and compliance documentation.

Partner with supervisors to improve workplace safety.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

3+ years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Experience with audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.

OSHA certification preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.15/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
