Operator - CarepathRx - Remote - Part-time

The Operator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the office. This includes answering and directing phone calls for all lines of business, filing medical records and performing various other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of incoming calls.

What you'll do to make a difference:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Take accurate messages and ensure they are relayed promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Handle inquiries and provide information to callers, as needed.

Provide general administrative support including filing.

Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful:

High school diploma or GED required.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, medical records coordinator, or in a similar role.

Experience with phone systems and office equipment.

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook).

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 23 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
