What you'll do...
Job Description
Ensures areas of responsibility are compliant with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives by:
Developing, distributing, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
Utilizing data to identify operational improvement opportunities related to production, quality, and safety.
Completes and prioritizes work assignments by:
Utilizing established policies, data, and resources.
Collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
Identifying deadlines and expectations.
Carrying out assigned tasks and communicating progress.
Determining and recommending solutions to improvement opportunities.
Ensuring associate, customer, and supplier concerns are resolved.

Assists in resolving day-to-day associate challenges by:
Communicating with production managers.
Monitoring quality assurance, inventory, and capacity levels.
Resolving freight and operational issues.

Directing and assigning duties.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
