Entry-Level Custodian / Janitor - Full-Time (2nd Shift)

Schedule:Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-12:30 AM

Industry:Commercial Cleaning / Janitorial Services / Facility Maintenance

Job Type:Full-Time

Responsibilities

Perform dailyjanitorialandcustodialcleaning tasks

Clean restrooms, breakrooms, offices, floors, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash

Operate commercial cleaning equipment

Follow safety procedures and cleaning checklists

Maintain cleanliness standards in all assigned areas

Report maintenance or supply needs

Provide professional service in all client areas

This role IS for you if you:

Show up on time every day

Follow instructions and established cleaning procedures

Take pride in producing quality cleaning results

Are reliable, punctual, and consistent

Are willing to learn and accept feedback

This role is NOT for you if you:

Have attendance or reliability issues

Struggle with accountability

Prefer unsupervised, unstructured environments

Qualifications

Reliable transportation

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting to 25-40 lbs)

Experience as ajanitor, custodian, housekeeper, cleaner, environmental services tech, or floor techis helpful butnot required

Willingness to learn and grow

Reliability Requirements

Must maintain consistent attendance
