Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Greenwood, South Carolina. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers while keeping administrative tasks organized and moving efficiently. The person in this role will help maintain a well-organized front office environment by managing communications, handling incoming requests, and completing accurate clerical support work.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts and providing timely assistance.

Welcome visitors as they arrive, creating a positive front desk experience and ensuring guests are assisted promptly.

Monitor and respond to incoming work order requests, helping route information accurately and following up as needed.

Enter and update office information with a high level of accuracy to support daily administrative processes.

Provide general clerical assistance to help keep office operations organized, efficient, and responsive.

Maintain reception and administrative areas in an organized manner while supporting routine office communication needs. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or front office support role.

Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and strong customer service skills.

Comfortable managing visitor interactions and supporting day-to-day reception responsibilities.

Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.

Proficiency in general administrative office tasks, including written and verbal communication.

Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment. TalentMatch®
