Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior End User Support Engineer to join a team supporting a large enterprise environment of approximately 40,000 Windows devices and 600+ Mac endpoints. This individual will serve as a Tier III/IV escalation resource responsible for troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network-related issues. The engineer will support enterprise applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Chrome, partner with vendors to resolve critical issues, and collaborate with a globally distributed team to deliver exceptional end-user support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, customer-focused, and comfortable acting as a technical expert for escalated support requests.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of enterprise desktop or end-user support experience

Experience providing Tier III/Tier IV support in large enterprise environments

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and privileged access management

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and effectively support end users in a fast-paced environment - MacOS support experience

Familiarity with SCCM/MECM

Experience with software deployment technologies

Vendor escalation and management experience

Broad endpoint administration experience
