Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to help grow a new last-mile delivery partner network. In this role, you'll recruit local businesses, build community relationships, and guide qualified partners through the application process.

This is a field-based position with travel throughout the Grantsville area and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and visit local businesses within the assigned territory.

Present and promote the delivery partner program.

Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application process.

Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.

Support local recruiting events and community outreach initiatives.

Build relationships with chambers of commerce, local organizations, and referral partners.

Manage follow-up activities and provide excellent customer service throughout the onboarding process.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.

Outside or field sales experience preferred.

Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce is strongly preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work independently and travel throughout the territory.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This role is primarily field-based, with 3-4 days per week spent visiting businesses and attending community events. The remaining time is spent working remotely, managing leads, updating Salesforce, and conducting follow-up activities. You'll work closely with a Field Manager while enjoying the independence of managing your own territory.

This is a Contract position based out of Grantsville, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
