Subaru of Sterling, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is busier than ever! We need a high-performing Parts Advisor who wants to grow their career with the best in the business!

Who are we looking for?

Automotive parts experience, required.

Dealership experience required.

CDK experience is helpful!

Proven and verifiable track record of success in customer satisfaction

General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations

Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills

Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record

Computer proficient

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and possess the ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($44,000.00 to $93000, which includes commissions on ("Individual Payable Gross") and/or bonus opportunities such as ("Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability").Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).Information about LITHIA's comprehensive benefits can be reviewed on our careers site at https://www.lithiacareers.com/
