future. Job Overview: The Sustaining Engineering Manager oversees all
activities related to legacy product support, including production
troubleshooting, supplier obsolescence management, cost-reduction
initiatives, and design improvements (I2V). This role is responsible for
setting team priorities, developing engineering talent, and ensuring
alignment with organizational goals. The manager serves as the primary
interface between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and
external partners to drive operational excellence and continuous
improvement for legacy products. Lead and manage the Sustaining
Engineering team responsible for supporting and improving legacy pump
products, ensuring production continuity, supply chain resilience, and
