Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Video Producer

Working Model: Hybrid (in-office two days per week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Location: South San Francisco CA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Video Producer to join our dynamic Content Suite Team. This role blends administrative excellence with advanced video production. You will utilize cutting-edge generative AI and traditional video editing tools to develop multi-channel video assets aligned with our creative vision and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage generative AI workflows (Adobe, Google) to produce impactful, brand-compliant videos.

Edit, compile, and enhance video content for distribution across various channels.

Collaborate closely with art directors and creative teams to transform static campaign concepts into motion assets.

Assist with administrative tasks to support project management and daily team operations.

Maintain organized digital asset libraries and project documentation.

Qualifications:

Required:

3-8 years of professional experience in video production or a related field.

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro) and Google AI video generation platforms.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare asset creation/production.

Familiarity with Google Workspace and asset management best practices.
