Robert Half is getting ready for the Holiday Season with one of our most festive clients. Our client is a global, eCommerce retailer that focuses on selling high end holiday and home décor. They will be opening up their pop-up store in Burlingame mid-September. If you are a fan of the holidays, especially Christmas, this is a great opportunity for you. Shift Schedule: Looking for candidates who are openly available Monday through Sunday from 9AM - 7PM

Duration: September 21 - Mid January

Location: Burlingame (1.2 Miles from Bart

Sales Associate

Provide excellent customer service by assisting our customers in choosing the perfect Christmas tree

Go above and beyond in getting customers excited about having a Balsam Hill Christmas

Accurately complete transactions through the Balsam Hill website and with the use of apps like Square

Restock merchandise as needed and perform other daily duties routine to retail

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail, with the ability to engage shoppers confidently and professionally.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with customers and coworkers.

Comfort using tablets, web-based systems, and mobile checkout applications in a retail setting.

Ability to learn product details quickly and apply training effectively in day-to-day interactions.

Good judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive work style with limited supervision.

Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and service quality

Able to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds regularly, and assist with heavier items as part of a team when neede
