Description We are looking for a bilingual entry-level BA/PM to support project coordination efforts for construction-related initiatives. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can work closely with clients and internal teams to clarify business objectives, translate needs between English and Spanish, and help keep projects organized and moving forward. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft applications, and the ability to contribute to documentation and project tracking in a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

Partner with clients and project stakeholders to identify business needs and convert them into clear, actionable project inputs.

Provide bilingual communication support in English and Spanish to help ensure alignment across teams and external partners.

Coordinate project activities, timelines, and follow-up items to maintain progress on construction-related workstreams.

Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and status updates using Microsoft-based tools.

Support document review and coding tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, including work connected to Relativity when applicable.

Assist in tracking deliverables, open issues, and next steps to help project managers and team members stay informed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and improve day-to-day project execution. Requirements - Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal settings.

Prior experience supporting project coordination, business analysis, or project management activities.

Familiarity with construction projects and an understanding of project workflows in that environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including common tools used for documentation, reporting, and communication.

Experience with document coding and related records or case management processes.

Exposure to Relativity or similar platforms used for document organization and review.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
