The focus of our practice is to assist in the strategic planning, design, and construction of capital projects. Our diverse portfolio spans all aspects of a project's development from initial real estate analysis, master planning and programming through design, construction and move-in for both new construction and renovation and expansion projects.We are seeking an engaging and professional Receptionist to be the face of the company. The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operations of the office and contributing to the overall success of the team. This individual will not only welcome clients and guests but will also play an integral role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, facilities management, and meeting preparation. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual with strong customer service skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities and maintaining a professional environment.This dynamic position involves maintaining office supplies and ensuring a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. As the face of the organization, the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work culture while contributing to the efficiency of the team and the growth of the organization.We believe in fostering a welcoming and supportive workplace, and we look forward to adding a dedicated, proactive receptionist to our team who will enhance our professional image and provide valuable support to both our clients and team members.Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate department or individual. Phone and Communication Management: Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and taking clear messages when necessary. Client and Team Support: Assist clients and team members with various requests, ensuring smooth coordination of meeting logistics, office supplies, and other administrative tasks. Facilities and Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with facilities and maintenance teams for office repairs or issues, ensuring the office environment is well-maintained. Meeting Preparation: Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms, including setup, catering orders, and ensuring all necessary materials are available. Clerical and Administrative Assistance: Provide clerical support such as document preparation, filing, and maintaining organized records as needed by the team. Office Organization: Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception and kitchen areas. Ensure common areas are stocked with essential office supplies and place weekly supplies and grocery orders. Other duties as assigned: Willingness to take on new responsibilities and adapt to evolving organizational needs. Mail and Deliveries: Receive and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes in a timely and organized manner.Knowledge & Skills Required: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Micro
