We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support engineering and equipment installation teams at a North Phoenix project site. Based out of a trailer office, this role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, coordination, and administrative needs for the on-site team, including coordinating badging, onboarding schedules, and trainings for new and existing employees. This is a temporary opportunity with the possibility of becoming a longer-term role depending on performance and evolving business requirements.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to engineering and equipment installation teams at the project site.
Assist with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced project environment to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
Support scheduling, communication, and coordination for on-site teams, including meetings, trainings, and onboarding activities.
Manage email correspondence and calendars using Microsoft Outlook to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Assist with presentations, data entry, filing, and general office tasks as needed to support project objectives.
Coordinate badging and access requirements for new and existing employees and contractors.
Organize and maintain training documentation and onboarding records in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain a well-organized, clean, and professional trailer office environment to support effective operations.
Drive between the North Phoenix project site and the nearby office as needed to support engineering teams and technical staff.
Essential Skills
At least 1+ years of administrative experience providing administrative support in an office or project environment.
Proficient daily use of computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and calendar management.
Experience coordinating meetings, onboarding activities, and training documentation.
Ability to manage email correspondence and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a construction or engineering project environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to drive between project locations where the campus is not always walkable.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to support engineering teams and technical staff effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in a trailer office or field project setting.
Prior exposure to engineering, construction, or technical project environments.
Demonstrated ability to maintain organized records for onboarding, badging, and training.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with on-site teams.

Work Environment
This role is fully on-site at a North Phoenix, AZ project location, working primarily in a trailer office at the TSMC site and occasionally at a nearby office. The environment involves supporting engineering teams and technical staff within an active construction or engineering project setting, where priorities can change quickly and effective communication is essential. The schedule is Monday through Friday on a day shift, typically 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, offering a consistent weekday work pattern with no weekends. Casual work attire is appropriate for the trailer and project office environment. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required, as driving between the main site and nearby office may be necessary and the campus is not always walkable. The position is a temporary role with the potential for long-term placement based on performance and business needs, providing the opportunity to support impactful engineering and equipment installation projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
