Role summary:
Join the team shaping how millions of customers discover and trust products across Walmart Marketplace. You'll operate with significant autonomy, owning a critical business area from strategy through execution and growth. You'll define strategy for the Ratings & Reviews business, influence product investments, and drive business growth through digital products and experiences. This is a people leadership role.
About the team:
The Ratings & Reviews team leads the strategy and digital experiences that enable sellers to generate authentic customer feedback, build trust, and enhance listing quality across Walmart Marketplace. As part of the Marketplace organization, the team focuses on identifying opportunities to improve seller success, strengthen the customer experience, and drive Marketplace growth. This team collaborates across functions to deliver impactful solutions, leveraging program management, stakeholder engagement, and technology strategies to support continuous innovation and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
Define Business Strategy
Own strategy, product portfolio, and long-term vision for the Ratings & Reviews business by defining business priorities, identifying growth opportunities, and influencing product direction.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define and deliver seller-facing products and platform capabilities while establishing KPIs and investment priorities.
Drive Execution & Growth
Own business performance and growth by leading cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, GTM, Marketing, and other partner teams, removing blockers, identifying growth opportunities, and presenting strategic recommendations to VP and SVP leadership.
Lead & Develop Talent
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, digital products, consulting, or business strategy. 2+ years of people management experience.
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
Strong analytical mindset; familiarity with SQL or business intelligence tools is a plus.
Experience with AI or GenAI technologies. MBA preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
