Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to help support daily office operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations

Manage and track work orders through internal systems

Support office access control and badge management processes

Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other business documents

Maintain records management and document filing systems

Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail, emails, and correspondence

Respond to routine inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate teams

Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office organization

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company records

Support office initiatives and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in administrative support, receptionist, office coordinator, customer service, or related roles

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Experience managing administrative tasks in a professional office environment

Familiarity with work order systems and/or facilities coordination processes

Experience supporting access control systems, badge administration, or visitor management processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting office operations or facilities teams

Experience with invoicing and document management systems

Prior experience in a corporate office environment

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
